Clutter or Content?

Today's topic talks about the content we see online and whether its discarded as clutter or the ever important content. The Internet transmits a broad range of information resources and services that produces constant content clutter within the online universe.  Through this vast information that is continually being placed through the system, it delivers the basis for successful enterprise and vital means of finding information as needed.
Since it can be accessed almost anywhere by abundant Internet devices, it allows for better flexibility in working hours and location.   Most important, the affordable cost and rapid sharing of ideas, knowledge, and skills has made collaborative work easier by permitting people to stay conveniently in touch almost anywhere or time while working at their computers and/or mobile devices. Organizations clutter content is important since there may be vital and essential information that can be located within the content that can be useful and beneficial.  Although there is certainly a large amount of online conversation and material that falls into the useless category, frequently adding content is very important since up to date data that can accessed is central to all of us.
As discussed in The Moore’s Law of Big Data (Jan 15, 2013), the huge amount of data influx does need constant storage space being produced through technology advancements, which produces careers and jobs, but also the sheer volume of content does require data mining (where one must dig through the data to find what one might need.)  The significance of the clutter content extends not only to the ability for processing the data, but also the benefit of being able to have unlimited information online where it can be found.
What do you think...how much daily information would be lost or slowed down if the government limited online "clutter" from organizations? Think about it and share your thoughts!
